Parent and child giraffe commune
Polar bears became expert at hiding
Bird houses exhibited on hillside walk
Wild storks nest in the zoo's trees

Some start uphill while others finish downhill
Flamingos dare to venture outside

Children dash for playground, others follow dad Horse in petting zoo likes smell of the camera Unshorn sheep await the spring clippers Playing at becoming backhoe operators A guinea pig munches for the entertainment of kids A wild crow shuns the camera
Small flamingos dine inside Flamingo about to scratch an itch Hippo submerged just out of sight Goldfish in an outdoor pond Pea hens in counterpoint Viewing lions that have gradually bent bars outward
Male lion is just ever so bored Miniature golf in one corner of the zoo Playground near the miniature golf Tortoise lies outside directly under heat lamp Young girl views a sleeping ape The watched ape begins to wake up
But no, nothing to wake up for yet Two of many ducks in a pond People gaze inward at the ape exhibit Trees in bloom justify ice cream despite cold Camels pace a sandy enclosure Camels begin to get chummy for the camera
Zebras graze below buildings outside the zoo Seal slides silently through its pond
