Folks entered and exited
The Paramount sign rose high over Broadway
Inside were many art deco details
The lobby included stairways to the second level
An old phone awaited a call from the past
The first floor's foyer was large and well appointed
The orchestra-level seating had a modest rake
The side walls were carved plaster painted like wood
Recessed lighting illuminated the first floor
The stage curtain featured an art deco design
High overhead were panels of golden light
Each panel featured the form of a woman
The theater featured a live organ performance
A detailed view of the ceiling corner above the stage
Outside the men's lavatory was seating and a nude
Downstairs were comfortable places to wait
The men's lavatory was startlingly ordinary
Downstairs was a large mirror and small bar
Hammered metal art graced the stairways
An Art Deco motif carried through to the mezzanine
A round opening revealed the lobby far below
Above the entry was a waterfall of light
Normally photographs would have been discouraged
A man waited in the lobby
Spiral stairs lead up to the top floor's balcony
The stage as viewed from the last row in the balcony
A classic chair rested in a corner by a mirror
The balcony foyer with a view towards the women's lavatory
